"As Executive Director and Founder of Step by Step, I
have had the pleasure of working with many children and
families. I have been in the field of
intervention services for over 20 years. I have
three children of my own. My oldest has a severe
disability and has grown into a delightful young woman.
She is my inspiration and my mentor. My dream for
all children with disabilities and their families is that
they are provided the information and tools needed to
enable their child to become as independent and skilled as
possible so that they may be an active participant in
their community with friends and family." |
